Supervision Policy

All children must be supervised

For your child’s safety, all children on deck must be supervised by a parent. If you have two swimmers and you are in the water for a parent participation lesson, please bring a second adult to supervise your swimmer on deck.



Cancellation Policy

We hate to see anyone leave, but we do understand it happens. If you plan on leaving, we require a 30 days’ written cancellation notice, please use this form or send an email to [email protected].

Makeup Policy

We offer courtesy group makeup lessons for scheduled absences. Makeups are issued as a courtesy, but we cannot guarantee availability. The best way to ensure there are makeups for your use is to submit your absences with as much advance notice as possible. To ensure consistency, we encourage families to attend their weekly, scheduled lesson time. Makeup lessons may be scheduled up to 6 days in advance through the British Swim School app.

How to schedule absences and makeups
The only way to schedule your absences and makeups is through the British Swim School app. We are not able to record absences or schedule makeups sent via email or through the office.

No show absences
If you do not report your absence, it will be considered a no show. No shows are not eligible for a makeup lesson.

Facility Policies

One (1) parent or guardian allowed on deck per swimmer
No food or drinks on deck (other than water)
Bring your own towel, towels on site are for members/guests only
Please do not use the locker area, locker rooms are for members/guests only
Parents or children may not use hot tub
